This due looks like an early 90s wrestler.
His impeachment isn't "illegal" it's stupid, yes, but not illegal. Same as the first one. It was just framed quickly. You can impeach a president on any assumed conduct especially now. Doesn't make it illegal.
It does make it incredibly stupid. But not illegal
It is illegal. At 3:39 am on Jan. 7, per Amendment 14, Clause 3, Congress lost any political power when they committed treason and sedition. Every Congress person that ignored the law and voted for the fraud effectively is now illegally holding their seat in Congress.
Just to clarify, you cannot impeach a President based on assumed conduct. The reasons given are treason or other high crimes or misdemeanors. You must PROVE there was a crime actually committed per the Constitution.
Impeachment requires INVESTIGATION. They did none. They threw the articles on to the floor and debated then voted. That is clearly nothing but political motivation. Where is the PROOF the those that broke in were encouraged by the President? Did they arrest any of them? Did they talk to any of them? Do they have even a single witness to back up their claims that it was due to the President? What is the ACTUAL law he broke? Notice not a single law is cited in the impeachment. They literally made up law on the fly and said he broke it.
If we had a functioning Government, they would have already been removed. But it is coming soon and they will soon learn how many of them have violated law.
Therefore, if they are illegally holding their seat per the Constitution, then they also have no power to vote. Folks best be prepared that we will most likely soon be voting in an entirely new Congerss in 2021.
