The thing is, the law actually doesn't work that way. The typical Democrat ploy of claiming ignorance (you mean, like wiping with a cloth) actually doesn't hold in a normal court. It is their JOB to know.

I believe this way part of the reason for the media blackout about the fraud. So they could claim they didn't know. However, that all got thrown out the window when the had actually Senators and Congress People challenge the fraud. AT THAT POINT, not one member of Congress could claim ignorance and it become their job to see if the objections were true - which they chose instead to ignore.

Not a single one can claim they didn't know. Furthermore, if certain members of Congress, like the Speaker or Senate leader, received communication of the sworn affidavit from Italy which happened that exact morning - don't forget Italy is six hours ahead in time from the US - then it is even worse because that affidavit clearly states they KNOW Trump won the election and they switched it to Biden. So, if Pelosi had that info on her laptop and purposefully did not notify Congress, she was in direct violation of the law and her oath of office.
