Context is key here, Pede. If you list the entire thing he's abbreviating administrations. He uses it like 'Trump administration has'. Not 'Trump administrations'.

Not how it sounds and wors mean something. Besides trump isnt going away. Administrarions was said for both current and future as there is no other way to the it. Administrations is plural no other way to see it.
