How & Who will do the explaining to the public?

Who do you think will explain to the normie public what has happened? I doubt the plan includes Trump being the one to explain to the world what has happened, because of course the left wouldn't believe him. Will it be the Military? How will they go about it? Will Trump be taking more of a backseat role in the coming months until the dust has settled?

Funny. Second sentence you claim "Q is cult", AFTER claiming you know how to read the board? The "Q cult" as you call it IS a fantasy, it does not exist.
