No, If the plan is real they do not need to wait for Biden to be sworn in. they have enough, if not almost all currently if this has been a many year operation. I have heard some say decades long. So no Trump losing control of the military as CIC is dumb if not dangerous. If it happens it will if not than we will have to unite, and watch over each other. Simple as.

Trump just changed the removal of the 3 letter agencies to control parts of the military to Chris Miller to control all of it by passing everyone else. Today Jan 13th is go time so 10 days from today is January 23. Trump had 3 executive orders all going at the same time but one is only from January 11 to January 24. Trump has had multiple states declared an emergency which go with the executive orders and has placed FEMA in these states along with the military. So even if Biden gets as far as being sworn in before this goes down it does not matter he will not have power FEMA will and there is nothing Biden can do about it. Biden will not even have the military codes.
