Also why have him covered in a sheet except for his face? I think they exposed his face so people would think- oh, ok that’s him.

Yeah, who wheels around a corpse and lets any part of said corpse be exposed?

It's pretty common knowledge that a corpse is COVERED from head to toe.

That, and the fact that the ear in the photo does not match with a photo of Epstein's ear.
