Screenshot and circle it for us. I see nothing.
There was a green laser panning from right to left. Seemed to be from a fixed object on the stairs.
Someone sees it. Sorry fam.. no one is getting this.
Seems to start at 1:20:00 just keep watching for about 30 seconds. I don't know what it is, it's definitely a lazer of some sort. Decorations? Hologram? Could be anything.

Watch the center near the columns between the staircase.
I don't see what you're talking about. The Vatican has an observatory with a rotating dome and a telescope inside it. Maybe that's the "turret" They may use a laser to orient the telescope in the night sky. Without seeing it I wouldn't know.
Bird scaring?
At the speed the light is moving, they would have to be on a bike and move perfectly without shaking the light. So no I do not think it is people.
