If you think that sounds outrageous, allow me to make my case. This is a 40,000 ft. view of events..
The False Flag at the Capitol on the 6th, regardless of who took part, led to the President issuing qualification for the declaration of the Insurrection Act:
'Before invoking the powers under the Act, 10 U.S.C. § 254 requires the President to first publish a proclamation ordering the insurgents to disperse. As part of the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, these provisions are now codified as amended.'
The deployment of 400 uniformed and regular Army troops at the Capitol, immediately following POTUS demand to disperse is PROOF of the suspension of Posse Comitatus. Later in the day, 6000 NG troops were added, then that number went to 8000 the next day. Then 14000, the day after. Then 20000 NG troops. Finally today, 25000 fully armed NG troops. That is not security, folks. That is the US Army and they have overwhelmed Washington DC in the largest deployment in the Capitol EVER. This is on heels of the largest deployment of the NG in America since WW2.
The DEFCON system was developed by the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) and unified and specified combatant commands. It prescribes five graduated levels of readiness (or states of alert) for the U.S. military. It increases in severity from DEFCON 5 (least severe) to DEFCON 1 (most severe) to match varying military situations.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DEFCON The DEFCON level is controlled primarily by the U.S. president and the U.S. Secretary of Defense through the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Combatant Commanders; each level defines specific security, activation and response scenarios for the personnel in question. Different branches of the U.S. Armed Forces (i.e. U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force) and different bases or command groups can be activated at different defense conditions. In general, there is no single DEFCON status for the world or country and it may be set to only include specific geographical areas.
The DEFCON System historically has been about nuclear readiness, but that is not entirely accurate. It's about Military readiness and the threat level to the nation, as a whole. When a foreign government ( China ) used its operatives in US Government and cyber warfare unites to launch a coup d'état on the US Government during our election process, they committed an Act of War. We are at war with China, and perhaps a number of other nations. We are at DEFCON 1.
- We've most likely been at DEFCON 1 since the assassination attempt on AF 1 via the Whidbey Island missile incident or even earlier. >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1n5MNEFDvas

DEFCON 1, or condition level one has also been called "Cocked Pistol" or "white alert". Defcon 1 is a white colored alert status and is a maximum readiness condition level that was initially created in 1959 by the joint chiefs of staff. Cocked Pistol means that the United States is currently in a state of war, or that a nuclear threat is either in progress or imminent.
Defcon 1 may be reached if United States intelligence detects an imminent or certain threat of either war or a nuclear launch from enemy forces.
The alert level color for DEFCON 1 is white. Neither the department of defense, nor the United States Armed Forces have ever raised the status condition to white alert, or Defcon 1 since the condition level for cocked pistol status was implemented.
We are currently at Defcon 5
