Question on Q post regarding Hillary Clinton arrest.

I just saw the post saying that Hillary Clinton will be arrested on the morning of Oct 30, 2017.

What ever happened with that? Did she get arrested?

About 15 years ago I was in an LEO training class for the latest LE tech. They demo'd a program that could predict crime in a city months in advance to allow time for planning. They touted with enough data they could predict with 90% confidence when, where, & type of crime would occur. This was 15+ years ago. The tech is real.
