I’m working on a project right now to archive all q posts on a physical unraid server as a means of access, should sites like qagg.news go down permanently. The goal is no hosting services, etc that may block or shut it down. I’ve pretty much got everything working, but I’m having some issues with nginx Certs. Would you potentially be willing to help me out? I’ll be sharing the link here once everything is up and running.
Edit: u/anewpatriot reached out and helped me resolve the issue. Thank you! I will drop the link here this evening. Working on wrapping up a few last minute changes and bug fixes.
Thank you. Will send you an invite to what I am working on as well. The site is live, just need a couple people to test and make sure things aren't too broken.
As a software Dev myself, I’m really good at breaking things. Let me know if you need another tester.
I've been thinking about designing this very thing. Do you have anymore info?
u/anewpatriot reached out and helped me resolve the cert error. Thank you for your offer though!
Same but always down to help! Visual designer turned front end here.
I’ll keep an eye out. I work with ngoni regularly and am more backendy as an API dev. I can take a peek if you need extra eyes.
Thank you - I believe it should be resolved. u/anewpatriot reached out and helped me resolve the cert errors.
Amazing. Btw.. you should set up a donation link that’s anonymous so some of us can safely buy you some coffee and lunch. Appreciate all you do.
Thank you - much appreciated. Ill drop something on the site when it goes live tonight, but no need to donate.
Keep us posted how it's going. A lot was lost in the Twitter purge, including accounts that were always pinning links to files of Q posts you could save offline.
Going quite well, pretty much ready to launch. I am still awaiting final permissions from the repository that I pulled the content from to re-host.
Stick them on IPFS as well!
