I95 is the most viable route into or out of the city west side. It is already super weak being 2 lanes either direction at some points. Its between a Mountain and a River which has prevented it from being expanded. If I95 would get clogged up its going to be bad. So I think just leave now if you want and have a party if I'm wrong it will still be fun.
