I spent a day on TDW and that is their playbook. We welcome all new accounts and disregard all negative accounts.

With so many trolls trying to derail this, handshakes are the best (though not only due to sleeper accounts) way to spot them.

You are automatically at a disadvantage on a new account, period and that is by design.
