His body language suggests knowingly misleading:

At @ 37 seconds: 'So, the focus is certainly on this account (Trump's) and how it ties (shakes head 'no'] to... (looks down to his left, down center & blink blink blink on >] real world violence'.

He scratches his face while discussing 'going deeper on Q Anon', blinks saying 'making sure no one is harmed' is the focus.
