People say it would go down the chain of command to Pompeo or someone in the Biden cabinet. But Trump has no officially conceded? Or what.

If both are disqualified, Congress will appoint someone until such time as a President can be chosen.

How is Trump disqualified?
Well, they pushed the fraud all the way, so technically he lost because of it. So i have to assume he cant take over legally. It would be similar to say party 1 won, and party 2 had him killed, opps, looks like party 2 won by default
I didn’t say he is. The law says to flow from P-E, to VP-E, to Congressional appointment. Trumps first term ends no matter what. Congress (or what remains of it) may appoint Trump, especially if evidence indicates he won. Just saying it doesn’t flow that way by law.
