You've effectively created a form of time travel if you can predict the future within a certain degree of accuracy. I also believe that a plan of this scale will need to have such a small margin for error and backup contingencies at every step, it sound impossible until you remember that humans have been doing the impossible for some time now, for better and worse as I think we'll come to find out.
