If he did indeed say it seriously, then this is what I conclude: Trump will never want anyone to know the real plan of how things are going to go. Hence they always have to keep giving hope through various other methods, like recounts. signature audits. legislative hearings. decertification. etc.

I am learning not to judge people by one statement they make, but rather by evaluating everything they say, and how you feel about it. Using instincts is very important.
