Is there any consequence to knowingly falsely impeaching a president? And if an impeachment is found to be false is there justice of some kind for the falsely impeached party?

Yes, it is a violation of the Constitution and a congress person's oath of office since the Constitution specifically gives the reasons for starting impeachment.
The penalty is listed in Amendment 14, Clause 3 of the Bill of Rights.
