Serious question. Is it too late for Biden to concede?

Looking at the Prison built around the capitol building, I think if I were Biden I would want to take the deal, but is it too late for him?

I asked him to concede sent a letter to his campaign. Told him I would honor him/his memory for that one act and that one act only. I bet they tore it up and he couldn't read it...
