This looks like DISINFORMATION to try and make us LOOK BAD, just as the real info starts dropping.

Not only can you not (clearly) hear what they are saying, the 'voices' in the audio don't match up with when their lips are moving.

Anyone can add subtitles to an indecipherable audio track.

Be CAREFUL with what you promote, people!
