I'm debating this for a few days now. Re-read the Constitution, a number of times, in regard to all of this. So, inauguration date itself, could be up to and including March 4, the original date from way back when.
Here is where it gets dicey. Due to similar coup attempt against Roosevelt back in 1932 or so, and his effort to stay afloat and become POTUS, things led to a compromise and A20 where it clearly points out that Presidential term ends at NOON of January 20. This date is clear. Look it up. What the A20 does not do is state anything about the inauguration date, thus leaving the original of March 4 in play.
So. A few days ago, and before I re-read all relevant code in the Constitution, I also thought that Trump can easily delay the inauguration until March 4, as prescribed. Yes, he could, absolutely so, and I still think it will be on March 4 this year due to so much taking place now and also because Trump has, so far, stuck to the letter of the law. But. SOMEONE MUST BE SWORN IN as POTUS no later than Noon of Jan. 20, it seems. Otherwise we have no POTUS.
Hope I explain this clearly. I cannot think of a situation where Trump leaves USA rudderless, so to speak, with no functional POTUS until whatever time frame and military yielding power back by some "agreement". Doesn't make any sense no matter how you slice it. None. This is a no-go for me, doesn't matter who runs the military right now and how trusted.
Convince me otherwise. Go.
PS. So, either Trump is sworn in on the Jan. 20, by Noon, or he has already been, as the other thread from 2 days ago (???) debated, posting a theory that Trump already took the oath for second term on Jan. 11 (with the weird WH site posting that day that Trump's term ends on Jan. 11 without saying anything else). That was the weirdest WH post I have seen and drove a few to theorize on the happenings of the Jan. 6 electoral vote count, which, as much as it may make sense to me, still has one key question no one has bothered to answer so far: Just how the electoral vote on Jan. 6 in favor of Trump did not go unnoticed by so many libtards on the House floor?
If Biden is arrested, he is disqualified and Trump is inaugurated. What other way is there?
Yesterday redpilldose ep 88 on YT - they discussed Potus becoming the 19th president. Basically saying every president since Grant was serving a corporation UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, which will become defunct and illegitimate. Bringing us back to the legitimate constitutional Republic of which DJT would become the 19 President. Theory seems as Sound as any other
Still does not explain DATE of being sworn in. Key issue. DATE.
I am all in for the Corp to be broken down, and the sooner the better. Abolition of Fed Reserve, now. Gold standard, now. BUT. DATE of swearing in is being discussed and so far we know zilch.
As much as I want it to be true, not sure how to take it. Yes, heard it before, in many ways it makes sense, but for now I'm just observing the situation.
