I’ve been thinking for a while the only way they could have this much intel is if they cracked generalized cryptography. As a coder the quantum computers we currently have aren’t nearly good enough to give any real advantage. Military would have to be 20 years ahead of Google, not saying that’s impossible, eager to see what all happens!
