It's from the novel The Lord of the Flies. I starting to see some parallels between that story and our current situation and feel like Q may be referencing it at some points.
So im wondering if @Jack could be a connection?
I believe the Red Shoe Club hunts children.
Could Castle Rock be a reference to Epstein Island?
The wrestling world is rampant with it...
Possibly. Then there is the "when do the hunters become the hunted?"... many references and I haven't seen any anons point to this story with its obvious references to dark shit. We're in a battle of good vs evil.
I believe there maybe a connection to Orion the Hunter also. Agreed, a very ancient battle between good and evil.
Also, a soldier saved the boys in the end.
Perhaps the boys are we the people? The decline into savagery could be akin to the talks of civil war and a boogaloo.
So that would be China and the CCP. Hell on Earth in a way. Expand your thinking - think globally instead of just the USA.
Aren't you a Cheerful Charlie?
Part of an analysis of Castle Rock: "In many ways, Castle Rock also represents the boys' turning away from civilization and their final descent into savagery; they have chosen to make the fortified cluster of boulders their home instead of focusing on the hope of rescue. With this in mind, it is fitting that Piggy, who for so much of the novel symbolized reason and order, meets his death at Castle Rock, the epicenter of Jack and the hunters' decline into savagery."
