So then its an "explanation" for the already pre-determined Democratic wins. The way I read this it was to gain Democratic Votes.

They are not factoring in the "Great Reset" and the "Dark Winter" Joe promised. COVID will never go away. They aren't about to give up that power, especially after seeing how obedient most people are.
