Internet issue: Youtube is acting like I am in Nigeria

Yesterday and the day before, my youtube had a little NG after "youtube". That is from Nigeria. I have a VPN but I did not set it up for Nigeria. We just had a power out this morning and the internet is out. 4G phones aren't working as well as 5G phones.

Anybody have strange issues like this?

Maybe we should all move to Nigeria because as sad as this is its less corrupt than the US.
