This is interesting if it happens. Means one of two things. One, if its being released it cant be used for any criminal prosecution in the court system which means no one is being charged they played us, ran out the clock and we're fucked. On the other hand, two, it could also mean these fucks are being charged under the ucmj and military tribunals will happen and they have their own separate evidence and this evidence and repprts can be released because its not part of the mitary investigation.
