Admiral Rogers, head of the NSA (white hat) warned trump when he saw third party contractors were querying the database. Something like 10 days after (how long it takes to set up a SCIF or a super secure information center) and trump relocated his transition from the white house to his New Jersey property.

When Trump "remodeled" the white house it's thought they were removing the bugs used to listen in.
