With Q's methodical planning, one wonders if Trump is going to turn Capitol Hill into a court and try all of them.

In this scenario, they wouldn't come to DC or state capitals because they're protected. Does that mean if they really wanted to riot, they'd finally come to the suburbs and rural areas?
