What page are you seeing the $140 million on? I don't see anything like that in the EXECUTIVE SUMMARY. The concrete amounts over $1 million I see listed are:
"In addition to the over $4 million paid by Burisma for Hunter Biden’s and Archer’s board memberships, Hunter Biden, his family, and Archer received millions of dollars from foreign nationals with questionable backgrounds."
"Hunter Biden received a $3.5 million wire transfer from Elena Baturina, the wife of the former mayor of Moscow."
Going through this stuff really takes me back. During the 2008 bailouts, when voters were calling in 99/1 against, it was the year I realized our government was filled with traitors. Many will be tried and punished soon.
EDIT: And I bet you can safely assume, that any company with the term "TALF" in their company name fully intended to default on the given loan.
