if things were getting sensitive they wouldnt be broadcasting their fucking flights lol

They're not though.

The ones that are "broadcasting" or rather, have their transponders on, are not going to be people doing sensitive work.

You ever have military fly over and not find it on flightradar etc? It happens all the time. Even police.

Anyone who's moving around that isn't being shuttled somewhere, isn't going to have their transponder set to Civil Aviation modes.
