This might end up having to go to SCOTUS.

Trump needs to be certified the winner legally.

Why is the current ending the current ending? Is it a coincidence that it comes down to this? Are we certain their rejection of the case wasn't pre-planned?

Probably most likely true. I would like to hold out hope there are 1-2% of people who cannot do anything other than the right thing, as their programming dictates. A judge is just a lawyer by another name. We need less lawyers, not more
