Curious to see if this is really Chris Miller behind trump in the "This is the calm before the storm" comments trump made in 2017.

It's not. Chris Miller is taller than Trump.

Check Army v. Navy game. Trump and Miller are both standing together and Chris is clearly quite a bit taller than Trump.
