My alerts are still all on and at the bottom of the notifications settings. I haven't updated yet but I do have a prompt for 14.3 that I'm going to ignore. I'm currently on 14.1.

I was on 14.2 with updating turned off, and lo and behold if I'm not on 14.3 with all the amber/gov't alert stuff missing.
