It's fantasy. Something like this would require 3/4ths of states to agree, a constitutional convention held, etc. A sitting president + military cannot legally just end the USA like that.
Except this: if the corporate government is indeed bankrupt, as has been explained elsewhere, it ceases sovereignty and ceases to be a functioning entity. That's why Joe Biden is/will be the president of a dustbunny, and why the capital of the new Republic might be somewhere else other than DC. That place is a collection of monuments to everything that tried to steal our country.
Right. I've heard though that the whole Nesara thing was started by lawsuits. The way I understand it is that many institutions, apparently especially loans, in America were not acting in accordance with the law and eventually snowballed so that much of our system was dependant on illegal methods. Nesara is basically a settlement, a realignment and fix that had to happen because it is adherent to the real constitution. That being said I've heard Trump has greatly tweaked that plan that was supposed to be unveiled in 2001. I want to say however I am not an expert on anything.

The United States used to be known as the Virginia company. It was contracted to provide 19 services to America from our military.

It is rumored all that happened already pre9/11.
Unless you had 100% unanimous vote by the states, any dissenting state would have blown the lid off of the whole thing in protest.
Occams razor on this one. We will known for sure though likely in the next week.
