Can a military tribunal function in the same way as the SCOTUS if SCOTUS is compromised? What I'm getting at here is, since SCOTUS refused to hear evidence regarding the stolen election, would it have been possible for Trump and his lawyers (as well as Sydney Powell, who is capable of arguing cases in military court) to take the evidence there? And could a military court make a ruling about the election, declaring it for Trump based on the glaring evidence?

The American military is operating under constitutional authority, and is occupying the foreign soil of DC.
This is Trump's way of letting the Crown and the Vatican know that their service corporations (Federal and Municipal) need to stand down or face liquidation

IANAL (makes me laugh every time) but as far as I know if Martial Law is instated, regular courts will not operate. Military takes over everything. Executive Power, Judicial Power, and Congress cannot meet until Martial Law is lifted.
I could be very wrong (it's happened before) but this is how I understand things.
From my understanding, once the military takes over the government, SCOTUS is irrelevant as is congress and the president. Once calm and order are in place a new election will be held.
Or the rightful winner of the previous election will be installed.
