96 Red flags. First picture says >100. What is the true number?
Locks alternate in the following pattern:
• Rows: 6-7-6-7-6-7
• Columns: 3231233142224223
I’ll update with more info. Just wanted to start here.
Edit #1 I tried to count the flags by columns. This lead me to have
... -. -. .- -. ... -. .- - .- .-. .- .. -. .-. -.
(I left any flag with two or more in a row as a dash. I have a feeling that might be in correct. I'm trying to work around it. I have done tried it reading left to right yet.)
The problem with morse code is morse code is made up of dots and dashes. So that works for the locks. But the flags vary by 1. 2, or 3. So where do you put the spaces? Without understanding where the spaces go, it makes morse code almost impossible.

I was about to mention this as well. 6 rows of 16 flags... only totals 96.
The "after" picture contains 57 remaining flags, 39 locks.
So many thoughts. I want to break this down by. I was halfway thru the numbers when I thought about Morse Code. FUCK. Need a second screen
Yeah, I've been trying to make sense of these as longs and shorts and haven't found anything yet.
