The last part was a prediction that didn't happen (that it would happen on Friday/Saturday near Christmas).

Guy pretends to be an insider in the know, and he's proven that he wasn't.

That Russia had anything to do with it is laughable and pretends that our own military intelligence isn't even in the loop of the entire ordeal.
