Need help decoding Morse Code

Sec Pompeo made a tweet with an image with obvious code in it. Translated into morse code it is

.-..--..-..-...--..-...-.--.-.-...-..--..-.--...-.-...-.-...--.-.-..--..-.-...-.-.-...-.-...--.-

Here is an image of the code

The problem is that we dont know where the spaces are. Someone who can read morse code would have the best chance of decoding it.

The last Letter is obviously a Q, it is a message from Q. There also appears to be the word MARINE near the start as shown below. Also Possibly The words TASK appearing twice.

why not read the flags as dashes and locks as dots?

I think ppl are doing it this way because with flags as dots and locks as dashes you get Q at the very end.
