The second one for me is proof that our votes do not matter at all, much like Russia, Saddam's, Iran's and Venezuela's. Voting is a sham and the outcome is manipulated regardless of our votes.
Once you can believe either of these two, all the others are easily accepted as possible/probable/proven.
