Lin wood, Powell, and Lindell are there mostly for public relations.

This is the military's operation, not theirs.

Lin Wood and Powell's job over the last few months has been to give out controlled leaks of information.

They get what they are given by the POTUS administration, Mike Flynn, and military intelligence.

They don't know a single bit more than they need to know, in order to warm the public up to the giant wake-up call coming soon.
