Internet went out, Spectrum said they need to send a technician

Internet went out about 4 hours ago, called Spectrum and apparently there are no other outages in my area. It’s really hard for me to believe this is just a coincidence. I haven’t had an internet issue requiring a technician in years.

My friends entire business went down and her it and service providers have no idea why she can't even pay her employees and has no idea what to do this was Friday 5 p.m.
