I’m thinking it may be Pompeo from his personal account on Twitter. With his recent onslaught of tweets, he has garnered a TON of attention from both sides. He has also been pushing for folks to follow his personal page, he even has a pinned tweet saying that. Just a thought...

Think this way: You run Twitter, you know the message everyone are waiting for. Would you just wait for it or you would implement automatic suspension when it's posted?
Maybe it was the exact message triggering the suspension days earlier and we're gonna find out soon and the message was there?
Maybe that was another trick that Q did for force them total the POTUS account suspension, something you would thought impossible.
Q has predicted it - moves / countermoves. How to force the future to prove past regarding the account suspension? Just put the message out.
If they block - future proves past (suspension).
if they don't - we've got the message ... and they block sooner or later.
