Just imagine the damage they could do in a short amount of time if that EO were signed and they thought they could move to issue drivers licenses (some states already do this) or passports and any number of actions to legitimize these people as US citizens?
No, this can't be allowed, imo. If Biden is sitting in the White House on Jan 24th, when the DC emergency is lifted, I'm officially out of here.
