A C-130 Hercules transport is not the same as the AC-130 Spectre Gunship that you are referring to, which is built on the same platform.
Also, the AC-130 is an airborne artillery aircraft that probably won't be deployed in U.S. airspace on U.S. targets, because of its offensive capabilities. That would be like shelling your own neighbourhood with heavy artillery.
They're not airborne anyway, and the Air Force has a much larger fleet of C-130s than what's displayed.
What's probably more interesting is what these C-130s are carrying, which includes troops and hardware like Humvees and Strikers.
