Merkel step down was planned last year by her/administration.

Unless there is a recent development of her actually stepping down immediately that I'm unaware of...

She's been in the position a LONG time.

To link the US politics to German politics years ago for an unfolding of what is happening/to come is a stretch.

This leaves no room for personal reasons, inner Germany politics, EU politics, etc. Calculated, of course, it is overtly stated that it is planned. Not everything is a conspiracy where all roads lead back to Q. Just saying.
