I doubt it. Look at the grey hair .... Had you said: 2017 .... that would have been believable, because of his Library shit, his hair turned awfully fast grey.

But not 2013. Or his hairstylist was caught up in getting Michael ready for a photo shoot and had no time to sort him out.
