True or false: Corporate America to Republic America.

I have seen a lot of claims that America has been a corporation for the past 200 years and he is now returning it to a Republic, this making a Biden inauguration illegitimate.

For such a bold claim, I have seen zero proof. Can any verify if this is true or false?
