I have seen this circulating a lot. Doubtless there are body doubles for many people with celebrity status. However, I would say that the real Joe Biden is very much with us and you are seeing is advanced age complete with bone density losses which is why he seems a bit smaller. Dentures too would change his appearance. This is good thinking though! Nothing wrong with being vigilant.
