JFK Jr. has a unique lower jaw dental pattern. The right (Stage Left) side of his lower teeth has a noticeable jut or curve upwards, including an **overly raised incisor** and a separated canine apparently angling back into his mouth.
Both of his canines appear to be angled in, and beyond them, his molars are notably lower and never (that I could find) visible. See *ORANGE ARROWS *?
From the time he was a teen he seemed to go out of his way to hide his lower teeth in public appearances - sometimes by compressing his lower lip against these teeth, sometimes by covering them with his tongue as he spoke or posed for pictures - which gave his speech pattern a slight lisp when he spoke.
His smiles almost always included only his upper teeth and played the cameras to accomplish such. For this reason, it's oddly difficult to find good pictures depicting these lower teeth.
Those pics that did depict both upper and lower teeth show high tension on the left (Stage Right) side of his face (From trying to balance out his angled smile) These lines are indicated by the *RED ARROWS *?
@Whatsleftofme has a notably deeper smile line on the left of side of his face than on the right (due to years of this continually higher tension), though it seems he now allows his true smile to rest easier - Likely due to the reduced pressure of being out of the public eye.
