And a path to more farm land for Gates. Wind blows the patented GMO seed into non-GMO farmers' crops, and then Monsanto sues the non-GMO farmers for patent infringement.

To my knowledge, the ones who tried to fight it have basically lost everything. They're not only dealing with a corrupt judicial system, they're also fighting a team of attorneys and a company who has nearly unlimited funding to pay them.
