I'm listening to this right now, Scott "Believes" that they are setting up for this generation's Nuremburg Trials. When you look at the barbed wire, the influx of U.S. Marshalls as well as U.S. Penitentiary guards to the 30k of military-I believe they are indeed setting up for a Massive Revealing followed by their trials & punishment.
